Alonzo founded Hi-Sierra Business Solutions in 2024 with a commitment to bringing years of financial expertise to local businesses and community-driven organizations. With 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in industries ranging from technology, commercial services, and retail food and beverage, Alonzo has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by local businesses. After undergraduate studies in Finance & Accounting, Alonzo went on to serve on the executive leadership teams of global technology firms, renewable energy startups, and in emerging agricultural industry. Now, as founder, CEO, and President of Hi-Sierra Business Solutions, Alonzo is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of local business.

Shoumita Mukherjee
Director of Accounting
Shoumita is a founding partner of Hi-Sierra Business Solutions, bringing over 18 years of experience in accounting services and U.S. taxation. As a Qualified Chartered Accountant, she offers deep expertise to both our team and clients. Her comprehensive knowledge of the full cycle accounting process enables clients to achieve strategic goals while maintaining compliant and accurate financial records, regardless of the organization’s size or complexity. Over the past four years, Shoumita has specialized in managing accounting processes and ensuring compliance. Her industry experience includes nonprofit, cannabis, hospitality, and private clients.
